Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent,
objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are our interests
before, during and after the inspection process.
Our property inspectors are certified professionals, who invest
time and dedication in keeping themselves always at the leading edge of the industry. Every year our inspectors participate
in continuing education programs, professional development seminars and conference, and in new training programs in order
to service you in the best way possible. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and our inspections are performed under standards
of practice published by the California Real Estate Inspection Association and the American Society of Home Inspectors. When performing mold inspections we adhere to the standards of the American Council for Accredited Certification.
